Terms & Conditions
EtaQuest Kids Coding Course · Effective May 2026
📋 Please read these terms carefully before enrolling your child. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

Payment & Refunds
⚠ Important
- All payments are final and non-refundable once completed.
- In the event of a cancellation by EtaQuest with no rescheduling option, a full refund will be issued.
- No makeup sessions are provided for missed classes, regardless of reason.
- Payment must be completed before the first session to confirm enrollment.

Sessions & Attendance
- Each slot accommodates a maximum of 5 students to ensure quality learning.
- Sessions run for exactly 45 minutes — late arrivals will not extend the session.
- All session times are UAE time (GMT+4).
- Students are expected to join on time and be ready to learn.

Technical Requirements
- A stable internet connection is required throughout each session.
- Students must use a device with a working camera and microphone.
- EtaQuest is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.

Camera & Participation
- Keeping the camera on during sessions is strongly recommended — it improves focus and learning outcomes.
- The instructor may share their screen and course materials as part of the learning experience.
- Students may be asked to share their screen during sessions for guidance, progress checks, and support.
- Students are expected to be in a quiet, distraction-free environment during sessions.

Privacy & Recording
⚠ Important
- Recording of sessions by parents or students is strictly prohibited.
- Session links are personal and must not be shared with anyone outside the enrolled student.
- EtaQuest reserves the right to record sessions for internal quality and improvement purposes only.

Code of Conduct
- Students must behave respectfully toward the instructor and fellow students at all times.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.
- Minimizing distractions during sessions (TV, other devices, etc.) is strongly encouraged.

Emergency Contact
A parent or guardian must be reachable during all sessions in case of an emergency.

Changes & Cancellations by EtaQuest
- EtaQuest reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a cancellation, EtaQuest will offer rescheduling as the first option. A full refund will only be issued if no rescheduling option is available.
